User Management

The Users page is the central hub for every player who has linked Steam ↔ Discord on your link page. It surfaces identity, Oxide group membership across every server in the Org, country of origin, account history, and a calculated Trust Score for fast triage.

Where to find it. Dashboard → Users (between Dashboard and API Keys in the sidebar).

What the list shows

Each row is a single linked identity. The columns are tuned for moderation at a glance:

  • Player — Steam display name plus SteamID64.
  • Identity — Discord display name plus Discord snowflake.
  • Guild — The Discord server the link belongs to, with a count of game servers the player has been seen on.
  • Oxide Groups — The top three highest-tier groups across every game server. A +N chip reveals the rest on hover.
  • Country — Detected from the CDN edge on the most recent link request. Privacy-respecting: country only, never city.
  • Linked — How long ago the record was last updated.
  • Trust — The composite score (0–100) and its tier label. See Trust Score.
  • Flags — Discord Nitro, Staff role, and multi-account warnings (e.g. 3x STEAM means this Discord has been bonded to three Steam accounts over time).

Filtering & search

The toolbar above the table supports free-text search across Steam ID, Discord ID, and display names, plus filters by Trust tier and ISO-3166 country code. Filters compose, so Trust = Watch + Country = RU narrows to one specific cohort.

Detail view (6 cards)

Clicking any row opens a detail page with six cards:

  1. Identity & Trust — The full Trust Score breakdown by component (Stability, Cross-server reputation, Age, Multi-account penalty), plus all identity fields.
  2. Org Presence — Per-server breakdown of Oxide groups. No +N truncation here — every group is visible, useful when a player is on 10+ of your servers.
  3. Account Graph — A live SVG of every Discord and Steam this player has ever been linked to in your Org. See Account Graph.
  4. Geo & Network — Country, last seen IP, and associated identities sharing the same IP (cluster detection).
  5. Activity Timeline — A chronological log of link, unlink, and Oxide group change events from your audit log.
  6. Admin Actions — Force a role/nickname sync (re-runs the bot tick immediately) or unlink the user. The bot clears their verified role on the next pass.

Zombie cleanup

Linked users who have not been seen for a configurable threshold (default 90 days) are flagged as zombies. Configure the threshold in Dashboard → Org SettingsUser Management. Cleanup is opt-in — nothing is deleted automatically.

Oxide group tier overrides

The plugin reports raw group names. Trust Score and the pill colors group them into eight tiers, ordered owner > admin > moderator > staff > vip > donator > custom > default. Classification is by keyword (admin matches admins, adm, etc.). When that is wrong for your server, set a per-group override on the Settings page. The plugin keeps reporting the same group names; only the dashboard interpretation changes.

Reminder. The plugin needs no special configuration to feed the Users page. Once oxide_groups reach the API through any update call, they show up here on the next page load.
